    We were completely disappointed with our stay.

    The view from the balcony and the immediate access to the beach was the best part of our stay.

    The property was infested with German Roaches. The rental company knew of the issue for at least a week prior to our stay and didn’t say anything or try to offer an alternative facility or a refund so we could find a new place to stay. The exterminator came to spray while we were staying there (which the rental company didn’t tell us they were coming either after we called and told them about the roach problem).The exterminator said it had been scheduled 7 days prior to him coming hence how we knew the rental company knew about the issue prior to our stay. The exterminator also said these roaches are not due to normal environmental issues these are the kind that get transported through peoples belonging. On top of the roach issues the top bunk was broken and unable to be used and the ceiling fan in another room was hanging by wires. Multiple chairs at the dinning room were broken. Half the light bulbs were burnt out. The tv remotes didn’t have batteries. To top it off the elevators were broken and we had to carry everything up 7 flights of stairs. We had maintenance and exterminators in and out almost every day of our stay. With how was paid to stay at this location the issues were completely unacceptable.
