    If you want to stay at a lovely apartment which is central to Split then we would recommend to staf here.

    Great facilities and very spacious. Very central to restaurants and the town. We loved it here and the host is amazing and helpful. Loads of aircon which we needed as the weather was lovely and hot.

    We loved everything about this apartment.

    Definitely would NOT stay here again

    Directly above a nightclub. Very, very loud music that played until 02:30. No washing machine (was advertised at the time there was a washing machine) Refrigerator doesn’t work. Host was nice at first but when I mentioned the above statements, she became a mean person. No offer of compensation or another unit. Not a good host.

    Erstklassiges Apartment, direkt im Leben von Split.

    Tolles Apartment und erstklassige Lage. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Extrem nette Vermieterin, immer über WhatsApp erreichbar.

    Es muss klar sein, dass das Apartment direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt und ein Club unter im Haus ist. Somit schon laut und am WE Party bis in die Nacht. Mit geschlossenen Fenster und Klimaanlage gut lösbar.

    A truly terrible experience

    Nothing.

    The washing machine didn't work. The thermostat for the bedroom didn't work. The bathroom with the shower flooded into the rest of the apartment, this happened twice, once after the problem had been "fixed". The apartment is located above a club that blasts music until 2am every Friday and Saturday night. It is not possible to sleep before they stop the music. The host would not address the core issues and only provided patch jobs. She organized a cleaner that came once out of 18 days, they were supposed to clean our clothes but they didn't. I asked for a refund but they refused, I am still waiting for feedback from booking but it seems like they are uninterested in helping me. We had to book into a hotel for the last 5 nights because it became unbearable staying in this apartment. My advice would be to find another apartment, you can find something better in this price range.
