Incredible accomodation and an even better host. Would 20/10 recommend.
EVERYTHING! The property was beautiful and the host was so accommodating, patient, and helpful! I hope and would love to stay here again next time we visit Chania

Perfect accommodation, great location.
The accommodation is fabulous and very well located right at the cusp of the old town. Our hosts were fabulous and so kind. Very accommodating during our stay and so helpful with sending back some items to us that we accidentally left behind. Ino was so kind to our girls and treated them with such kindness and generosity 🤗 We would love to return to stay on another occasion and would highly recommend the accommodation!

Heel fijn
Fijn appartement, keuken heel volledig, gevulde koelkast en alles wat je nodig hebt om ontbijtje te maken, flesje wijn, fijne doucheproducten. Daarnaast schoon. Op loopafstand van old Town. Veel info via app, vragen vlot beantwoord
Communicatie via app aan de ene kant prima maar wel een beetje onpersoonlijk

Τα Χανιά είναι ένα υπέροχο μέρος για κάθε επισκέπτη. Το Grand Residenses απλά «απογειώνει» την εμπειρία.
Τέλεια τοποθεσία Ευγενέστατοι και φιλόξενοι ιδιοκτήτες
Υπήρξε μια παρεξήγηση σε σχέση με τον καθαρισμό του δωματίου η οποία όμως επιλύθηκε λόγω του εξαιρετικού επαγγελματισμού των ιδιοκτητών

Il ns. soggiorno a Grand Residences
L’ambiente è accogliente ed è organizzato su tre livelli, con sette posti letto confortevoli
Purtroppo il piano principale (Ground floor), dove c’è la cucina ed una camera da letto è sprovvisto di servizi igienici (è presente solo il lavandino). Per doccia e WC bisogna fare un piano di scale. L’acqua calda di produzione da energia solare purtroppo non è risultata sufficiente per 6 persone ed è stato necessario ricorrere all’integrazione a resistenza elettrica. E questo è un peccato dato l’abbondanza di energia solare gratuita disponibile
