    DISSATISFIED WITH HOTEL SERVICES !

    NOTHING IN PARTICULAR AT ALL !

    WHAT I STRONGLY DISLIKED AND DISAGREE WITH IS YOU HAVE NO EARLY CHECK-IN SERVICE TO EARLY ARRIVALS OF PEOPLE WHO ARRIVED AT THE MANILA AIRPORT. THIS IS A TERRIBLE AND EGREGIOUS PRACTICE FOR A LARGE HOTEL SUCH AS YOURS AND YOUR STAFF DID NOTHING TO ASSIST ME . I HAD AN EARLY FLIGHT ARRIVAL AND INFORMED THE HOTEL IN ADVANCE . YOU EVEN OFFERED FREE AIRPORT ON YOUR WEBSITE PICK UP WHICH WASN'T TRUE !!! THIS COMPLICATED MY LEAVING THE AIRPORT WITH MY SEVERAL PIECES OF LUGGAGE AND I'M ELDERLY AND REQUIRED WHEEL CHAIR ASSISTANCE PROVIDE BY THE AIRLINES. YOU DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO STORE MY LUGGAGE UNTIL CHECK-IN TIME AT 2 PM. AND I HAD TO WAIT UNCOMFORTABLY ON THE 8TH FLOOR FOR OVER 7 HOURS. THAT'S ABSOLUTELY ASSININE AND RIDICULOUS FOR A QUALITY HOTEL !!! SO THIS WAS A VERY UPSETTING AND AGGREVATING EXPERIENCE THAT I NEVER EXPERIENCED TRAVELING THROUGHOUT MY LIFE . MOST OTHER LARGE SCALE HOTELS ALL OVER THE WORLD OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN WHICH IS QUITE COMMON AND ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND ALWAY OFFER TO STORE AT PERSON'S LUGGAGE UNTIL THE NORMAL CHECK-IN TIME. THERE'S NO LEGITAMATE REASONABLE EXCUSE FOR THESE PRACTICES. I INTEND TO POST THIS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS AND WITH BOOKING.COM MY BOOKING COMPANY.
