    Just terrible

    Nothing

Absolutely terrible experience. The apartment was in an unacceptable and disgusting condition when we arrived. It was filthy, covered in stains and dust, with garbage and visible mold. I’ll attach several photos so there is no doubt about the condition of the property. There was absolutely no way I was going to stay there with my family. We had to leave immediately and urgently book another hotel nearby, which caused us additional stress, inconvenience, and unexpected expenses. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of responsibility from the property owners. They refused to provide any refund. Booking.com also refused to refund me, although they acknowledged the seriousness of the situation and told me that they were investigating the property and considering delisting it. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. A property in this condition should never be offered to guests, especially families. I am extremely disappointed with both the property and the way the situation was handled. I strongly advise against booking this place. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment — stay somewhere else.
