    Since it is my wife's birthday, my family is currently staying at the 'Grand Tamarind Lake' hotel in Kataragama. I wanted to surprise her before she entered the room. Accordingly, I consulted with the hotel's front office staff and planned to arrange a special program for her. They did an excellent job, and my wife and children were both surprised and delighted to see the preparations. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Mss, Dhammika, Thushara, Heshan, and Jagoda from the reception department—as well as the entire staff—for their work, which demonstrates a clear understanding of the customers' expectations. Also, need thanks for the restaurant staff. Furthermore, it is highly likely that this will serve as an indelible memento for my wife and children.
