  Unsafe and poorly handled - forcing our family to leave after 1 night despite paying for 6.

  Overall, the apartment was OK, but we couldn't enjoy it under the conditions we experienced, and the handling of the complaint by the property was unacceptable.

  We booked the Grand Urban Residence Apartment in Vienna for 6 nights, but had to leave after only 1 night because the accommodation was not safe for our family. The apartment was advertised as premium/luxury. Before booking, we called the property and specifically confirmed that the apartment had air conditioning. However, after check-in, the indoor temperature reached over 32°C and continued to rise, including during the night. Although there was an air conditioning unit in the apartment, it was not functioning properly. When reported the issue, we were advised to open the windows. Opening the windows was not a workable solution because a strong marijuana smell was continuously coming from outside into the apartment. We were travelling with four underage children, including a 5-year-old child, and this combination of high indoor temperature, no functioning air conditioning, and inability to safely ventilate the apartment created a serious health and safety concern. On June 29, our youngest child lay down on the tile stairs as this was the only cool place. At that point, we decided to move to the hotel with functioning air conditioning. The property manager stated that the heat and the outside smell were outside their control and refused to provide a meaningful solution or at least a partial refund. After we raised the complaint, the property also falsely reported to Booking that we did not check in at all, even though we did check in, stayed one night, and have video evidence showing that we were inside the apartment and documenting the indoor temperature. Booking offered only a €300 credit, which is not a proportionate remedy considering that we paid €3,028.76, used only 1 of 6 nights, and had to pay additional costs to move to the hotel. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property, especially for families with children. The apartment was not usable under the conditions we experienced, and the handling of the complaint was unacceptable.

  Fantastic stay, perfect for large groups!

  Fantastic stay, perfect for large groups! We had a wonderful time here. The accommodation is fantastic—it easily and comfortably fit our large group, yet it still maintained a wonderfully cozy and welcoming vibe. The location is nestled in a very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.Also, it is incredibly convenient. Public transport is easily accessible. Plus, having everything we needed right nearby—including grocery stores and local shops—made our trip completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Мы были в Вене три дня и останавливались здесь на две ночи. Нам всё очень понравилось! Апартаменты очень чистые, уютные и полностью оборудованы всем необходимым. Есть вся посуда, что очень удобно для большой компании. Мы отдыхали компанией из шести-человек, и наличие двух туалетных комнат оказалось большим преимуществом. Кровати очень мягкие и удобные, спать было комфортно. Также порадовали большой телевизор с YouTube и отличный Wi-Fi, который стабильно работал во всех комнатах. Расположение тоже удачное — относительно недалеко от центра, поэтому добираться до основных достопримечательностей было легко. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина. Он был очень отзывчивым, заранее присылал всю необходимую информацию, подробно объяснял дальнейшие действия и постоянно оставался на связи. Благодаря этому заселение и проживание прошли максимально комфортно. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз и рекомендуем это место всем, кто путешествует большой компанией.
