    The place is clean, all the linens, pillows, towels, etc. are clean, and it smells good! Accessibility going anywhere to the city

    It was a nice and comfortable loft unit within walking distance of Burnham Park.

    I like that the unit is a small house by itself. It feels very homey and comfortable. Spacious beds & bathroom. Kitchen is well-equipped. Perfect for a small family staycation.

    The hot water supply in the bathroom wasn't consistent. The water heater is always showing error and gives off an alarming sound while in use (my mother hated that). I wished the unit had more cleaning supplies available like broom (without mold).
