  Superbe séjour à 16 personnes dans une villa propre et accueillante, idéale en famille ou entre amis, en prévoyant simpl

  Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette villa. Un séjour à 16 personnes dans un cadre pareil a été un réel plaisir du début à la fin, et tout s'est très bien passé ! La propreté est irréprochable : les chambres, les salles de bain, la literie ainsi que les essuies/serviettes étaient impeccables. Les hôtes sont extrêmement chaleureux, disponibles au moindre besoin et toujours prêts à donner d'excellentes recommandations. Seul petit point à noter : l'emplacement se trouve un peu en dehors d'Ayia Napa (12min). Si vous utilisez les taxis et que cela ne vous dérange pas, cela fonctionne bien, mais il faut savoir que les taxis n'aiment pas spécialement venir dans cette zone. Je conseillerais donc plutôt de louer une voiture pour plus de facilité. Au nom de tout notre groupe de 16 personnes, je tiens à remercier encore chaleureusement nos hôtes pour leur accueil. Je recommande vivement cette villa, que ce soit pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis !

  Poor Experience – Terrible Service and Unacceptable Conditions

  The swimming pool, the gym and playground, the dining table

  ​Unfortunately, the overall rating of this villa does not reflect reality at all. The service we received was awful, with zero willingness to help and an extremely unpleasant attitude. ​Strict Rules & Zero Flexibility: When we asked to check in slightly early, we were told it would cost an extra €100. There was also zero flexibility at check-out—the host refused even a minor delay and explicitly stated she would arrive 15 minutes prior to check-out to inspect the house, ensuring we were completely out by 10:00 AM. ​Air Conditioning & Sleepless Nights: All rooms are equipped with small AC units attached to restrictive timers (up to 2 hours in the living room and kitchen, and up to 6 hours in the bedrooms). Since we stayed at the end of August and the home's insulation is terrible, the villa turns into a sauna the moment the AC turns off. We had to wake up every single night in the middle of our sleep to turn the AC back on in the room and in the children's rooms, resulting in awful sleep throughout the entire vacation. ​The living room AC did not work at all. ​AC units in some bedrooms started leaking water, forcing us to shut them off completely. ​Poor Maintenance & Disrespectful Service: ​Lack of Blankets: Upon arrival, there were no blankets in the rooms—only flat sheets. After contacting the host about 5 times over several hours, she finally said she would bring blankets the next day. When she arrived, she simply dumped the blankets on the pool table and left—without covers and without placing them in the rooms. We had to hunt for covers and make all the beds ourselves. ​Broken Refrigerator & Ruined Food: The fridge stopped working after 3 days,. When reported, the host demanded a photo of it open and claimed we "overfilled it." Eventually, all the food we purchased and cooked went bad and had to be thrown away. The fridge did not work even when completely empty.

  Great pool and nice beds and clean house

  The team wasnt welcoming and was very hateful to us. Also the ac at the kitchen and the living room wasnt working well so it was impossible to stay there. The location is in the middle of nowhere and its absolutely no "seaview" villa. We wiil never go back again. Also, the manager tried to scam booking and told us to cancel the reservation at booking and pay him directly.
