    Great lake view, comfortable and clean, lovely staff

    Great location, right beside a small lake. Lots of local shops and restaurants around. The staff are lovely and the place is scrupulously clean. They did my laundry every day for free. The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen area is small but adequate (large fridge, rice cooker and induction hot plate). I originally booked for 2 weeks when I arrived in hanoi for work, but I was happy here and stayed for almost a month while I got settled and looked for an apartment.

    If you're a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs.There are a few bia hois nearby with noise well into the night. The rooms at the back are probably quieter but at the front, the lake view more than makes up for any noise!

    Very nice hotel apartments with a little kitchenette, super clean and overall great value for money. The location is not very foreigner friendly though, but was convenient for what we needed. There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes along with minimarts.

    SCAM - Spend your money elsewhere!

    SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not book here - They texted us on the day of check in (2.30 p.m.) while we were in the plane that we can not check in because its overbooked. We had a confirmed reservation.. and booked 5 days in advance
