    Lovely location, beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice

    Location was perfect, accommodation was excellent. Clean and well equipped, right in the heart of Venice, a perfect place to stay. Will be staying again

    Then flat above is noisy, its almost like they are rearranging their furniture in the middle of the night, only happened on our first night, so not a disaster, but very annoying when you want to sleep after a day travelling.

    Such a memorable experience. We meet the owner, which by the way still has a title of royal status. Our host meet us and gave us a very thorough walk through. The apartment was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and I loved having a large bathtub. The views out of the windows is directly on the Grand canal and we were lulled to sleep with the sound of water. The quality of linen and the bed were superior. Safe, great part of town. We will stay here again. Grazie mille.

    Muy buena ubicación

    La ubicación, muy cerca del vaporetto, la balsa para cruzar el gran canal y el paseo en góndola. Y a 10 minutos caminando a la Plaza San Marco

    La cama con colchón muy duro, pero la propietaria tuvo la deferencia de armar el sofá cama para que duerma mi esposa

    Great location, amazing modern apartment

    What an amazing apartment, location right in the Grand Canal with views superb, double glazed windows meant it was so quiet. A bath in one of 2 bathrooms was wonderful. So close to many restaurants, supermarket and souvenir shops.

    The floors were not clean . The pillows were like bricks . Couldn’t adjust air con . Shower leaked .
