    Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in mondäner Atmosphäre

    Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, hofseitig gelegenes Zimmer. Sehr hoher Raum, elegant, absolut ruhig. Auch das Bad geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist aus meiner Sicht ideal, da es nach Ortigia 5 Minuten sind und auch der Archäologische Park oder die Busstation zu Stränden/ anderen Städten leicht fußläufig erreichbar sind. Im Oktober fand sich immer ein freier, kostenloser Parkplatz (weiße Linie). Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, Reinigungspersonal sehr entgegenkommend, bei der Rezeption freundliche Personen, aber unterschiedlich kompetent. Die Süßspeisen beim Frühstück sind hervorragend.

    Die Beleuchtung im Bad sollte verbessert werden. Das Licht über dem Spiegel ist dürftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte bei der salzigen Abteilung etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Es muss nicht mehr sein.
