Het appartement was héél netjes en op een goede plaats! Wij zijn er week gebleven en het was zeer aangenaam! Er zijn wel wat herstellingen die moeten gebeuren ! Slaapkamer met dubbel bed : Nachtlampje rechts werkte niet en deurtje nachttafeltje was stuk.De deuren van de kleerkast stuk. Tweede slaapkamer nachttafel deurtje stuk . Badkamer stop bad stuk . Handdoeken werden de volledige week niet vervangen ,eveneens lakens ook! Woonkamer ,ronde knoppen om de verlichting woonkamer ,werkten niet goed! Knipperde de hele tijd! Rolgordijnen stuk ,stonden in de kast in de gang! Overgordijnen hingen los! Keuken : Frigo onderste bakje in de deur was stuk Oven beschadigd maar werkte goed. Geen glazen : 1 wijnglas en twee gewone glazen Borden : grote borden 3 stuks Wat we echt miste waren de gebruiksaanwijzing voor oven afwasmachien vuur micro tv en wasmachine. Geen enkele algemene info ivm het appartement. Het was een mooi en zeer net appartement we zouden het zeker terug huren . It's just 5 minutes walk from LUAS and another 20 mins to Dublin Centre. There are supermarkets just opposite the apartment, so it's very convenient. It's spacious.
Taking the keys is a bit of a hassle. You have to walk up a parking ramp to retrieve the key and walk around the block to get to the apartment. The management was quick to respond to queries and was very welcoming at the point of check-in. I complained about the lights and a clogged sink and maintenance came the next day. I also complained about the blinds in the living room, maintenance informed me that it's up to management to fix it. Management said it was broken by previous guests, they should have been forthcoming before I checked in. Anyone from outside could see through the living room and it got really warm when it's sunny. Nobody came to fix it for 7 days. The beds were wobbly and you could feel the springs. Kitchen was very basic, I gave all the utensils a good wash before I used them. They should have more mugs and glasses. There should also be towel changes for a week of stay. The place is spacious and has potential. Management needs to buck up.
