    First and most critically, my personal booking details were compromised and exposed to cyber attackers. This is an egregious breach of guest privacy and data security. What makes this failure even more concerning is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your end regarding the incident. Handling guests' sensitive data requires strict diligence, and the silence and negligence surrounding this breach are entirely unacceptable. Second, the condition of the room itself fell far below standard hospitality levels. The flooring—a parquet base layered with carpeting—creaked violently and intensely with every step. The noise was constant and intolerable, making it impossible to walk around comfortably without causing significant disruption.

    Das Hotel war wie beschrieben, alles wunderbar eingerichtet, gehoben und komfortabel.
