Hotel clean, nice reception staff. But arrogant booking rules, no flexibility for frequent guests

    Nice reception staff, clean hotel

Breakfast is very expensive and only offers basic variety. Wanted to have decent coffee (as the filter coffee is very weak) and needed to pay extra (!), despite the high price for the breakfast. Got a flight cancelled, no flexibility to cancel one night (or use for the next booking), not even being staying in frequently. Quite disappointing, to be honest. No hotel parking, need to find space on the road, which is not always easy. (dont forget to pay)
