The room had a jacuzzi which we were very excited to use. We were told it was out of order and no compensation was offered. Very disappointing.

The room with the kitchen and separate bedroom was great

The heating/cooling system sounded like a freight train. The entire hotel sounded like the system was terribly ancient and about to fail or blow up at any time - the system was very loud at night and the vent was filthy. Room was clean - venting was dirty.
