Emplacement parfait, maison originale et agréable.
L'emplacement (près de la ville, près de la côte et proche des grandes voies de circulation) est idéal pour explorer la très belle région des Marches mais aussi l'Emilie-Romagne, tout en restant très calme et vert sur cette belle colline. La maison est très grande, avec quatre vraies chambres, et très originale. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec tous les instruments nécessaires. La piscine hors sol est très agréable pour un jour de grande chaleur. Le contact a été très simple, sympathique et efficace avec le propriétaire.

Villa im Grünen mit Herz, Kunst und Zikadenzirpen
Wir hatten das ganze wunderschöne Haus für uns, es ist künstlerisch und sehr individuell gestaltet, man konnte sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche in einem Ferienhaus und die großen Tische im Wohnzimmer und auf der schattigen Terrasse boten Platz für unsere ganze große Familie. Alle hatten ihre eigenen Zimmer, ob Teenager, junge Familie oder die Großeltern. Das allerbeste war aber unser wunderbarer und herzlicher Gastgeber Italo. Er half sofort und selbstlos bei allen Problemen oder Fragen, kochte sogar für uns, gab Ausflugstips, war sogar einmal unser Begleiter. Die Kommunikation war in englisch problemlos. Danke für alles, lieber Italo, wir werden uns sicher wiedersehen.
Es war alles schön.
