We had a great time, and will go back again.

It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful view and a short walk to downtown— awesome!

I wish the pool/hot tub hours ran a little later.

Comfortable and inviting but won't stay again until they update

The view was amazing and loved the outdoor areas. The common areas with the fire places were so wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

It was pretty beat up with lots of wear and tear. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and there was a chemical smell if you stay on bottom floor facing the pool. Windows do not open in all rooms. You can only open if you book a balcony

The facility needs to address equipment issues in fitness facility.

    Bedroom

Fitness center. I have been staying here for years and complaining for a while about broken equipment, nothing has changed.I stay in lake placid often.I would stay at this facility more if this issue was addressed.
