    Wonderful

The Granger Hotel is a very nicely appointed boutique hotel. It has a very luxurious feel. The building is beautiful. Very old and very stately. The rooms were cozy, without feeling small. The windows brought in some brightness. The bed was stellar.. And the bathroom was clean and compact.

The neighborhood...directly in front of the building is sketchy. There are homeless everywhere. But...its downtown so its not unexpected

If I could live there forever, I would! (:

The location was FANTASTIC, and I loved the added security of having doormen outside. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was impeccable and the snack closet was such a sweet, unique idea. Plus the Santal 33 body wash, lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner was an incredible touch!! I can't wait to stay here every time we come to SD now!!

Our AC went out but they were able to fix it promptly once we went to the front desk so it was no problem.
