    Great for what I needed, very good kitchen & living setup Owner/Manager very friendly and helpful.

    Great location, short walk to beach and Tram stop. Ensite toilet could have been cleaner, shower and basin not too bad.

    Lights out above sinks in both bathrooms, main lights worked. Pool didn't look inviting so didn't use it.

    Definitely a return to property

    So close to so many things beaches ,shopping tourist attractions!! Grangewood is perfect for families especially on a budget with everything you need , staff are extremely friendly and helpful without being " in ya face"

    Only thing would be stairs but being able bodies they wernt a issue at all for us but possibly could if a older person was staying there and on a higher level

    Few issues but owner is proactive at fixing them. Comfortable accommodation and well priced

    Good location, close to the tram and bus stops. Coffee shop and small grocery shop just across the road. Beach less then a 5 min walk. Great to have a washing machine and dryer while away on holiday.

    Sadly the dish washer wasn't working at all. No dish soap had been provided either. The shower in the ensuite bathroom also sprayed water right at the roof. The oven was dirty and filled with crumbs and overall cleanness was just a bit lacking and extra 5 mins wiping surfaces and cleaning oven would've made a big difference. Contacted owner about the issues thought and they were proactive in fixing them. They came and cleaned straight away and booked in a plumber to fix shower and ordered a new dishwasher but with the weekend and public holiday on the Monday they were only fixed on the Wednesday and we left on Thursday. At least the next person to stay will enjoy them.
