Deposit of THB 1,000 will be collected for every room at check-in and may be returned after room assessment at check-out. Should your room(s) require extraordinary cleaning, the cost of cleaning will be the full sum of the deposit. Additionally, should any egregious damage to furniture, amenity or infrastructure occur as a result of your stay, the property will bill you the cost of such damage. Please note that there is an applicable charge of extra bed including breakfast. The property does not offer extra bed without breakfast. Maximum number of adults allowed per room is 2. For 3rd adult and beyond, taking more rooms is mandatory. Extra bed is only allowed in special circumstances for children between 5-17 years or dependent elderly.
