    We got asked to cancel when our flight landed at 9pm. Host did not cancel and we spent 3 hours waiting till midnight before they allowed us to get refund. Still waiting 6 weeks later Offered the most awful alternative A disgrace. We got asked to cancel and if we did we would have lost hundreds of pounds. Excuses were plumbing, then double booked then all bookings fault.

    My wife and i fell in love with this place, its so peaceful,it has everything you need and more with the hot tub! We will definatley returning to experience again the amazing time we spent there.
