    論地點、親切度都相當OK，價格尤其實惠；飯店確實略有年代感，例如床墊（有乾淨床單）和椅墊都有一些污漬，家具也有正常使用痕跡，較不適合追求嶄新或是有高度潔癖的旅客。

    住宿地點幾乎完美，房間就看得到湖景和湖畔煙火，以價格來說堪稱唯一首選。

    早餐屬於家常式普通，但考量地處偏遠加上價格實惠，是可以接受的。

    就在湖岸第一排， 夜晚窗景賞煙火不必出門， 價位平易近人 早晚餐都豐足誠意十足

    因為只能訂到可吸煙房， 走道煙味明顯，電梯樓梯地板老舊霉斑 （房間裏因可開窗 空氣倒也還算清新）
