definitely a fair value for money. I recommend for people who want some privacy, green, and a view.
View from the window and the outside sitting area (lovely old orchard), the fact that the house is the last house at the end of a dead-end street (so absolute privacy), possibility to park the car in front of the house, nice sitting area in front of the house, excellent host.
the mattras had better days, but I did not get any backpain after 8 nights, so it is acceptable. Using toilet sink for doing dishes was a bit weird at first, but once you get over it, it is absolutely fine.

Really nice small house-type accommodation.
I would give 10/10 if there was mattress topper on the bed
