Amazing stay! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Clean ,comfortable,great location.very helpful staff Free breakfast at a local restaurant was tasty!

Für diesen Preis lieber nicht!
Die Lage, nettes Putzpersonal, gute Matratzen.
Unfreundlicher Empfang (telefonisch, weil niemand anwesend war), Schlafzimmerfenster konnten wir nachts nicht offen lassen, da ein sehr lautes Gerätegeräusch für schlaflose Stunden sorgte.), keine Anwesenheit in der Rezeption oder nur nachmittags wenn Touristen meist unterwegs sind 🥺, gar kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis generell bei der Ausstattung. Alles wirkte etwas billig.

Местоположение супер, кондиционер в каждой комнате, довольно чисто в комнатах.... вот, собственно и все. Никакого ощущения ВАУ.
В номере темно если не включать свет. Нет, окна есть, но глаза упираются в окна соседей. Про питерские дворы-колодцы слыхали? Так вот это оно. Открываешь окно, а там вид на ржавые трубы. Это называется номер с видом на город. Еще был заявлен балкон. Площадь балкона можно измерить школьной линейкой. 0.8 кв.метра. Ванная неприятно удивила засоренной раковиной и грязной плиткой с ржавчиной и плесенью на стене в душе. Говорить об этом было не с кем, на ресепшене в день приезда была женщина, но потом мне никого застать там не удалось. Наверно не попадала в часы приема. И вишенка на торте!!!! Интерком в прихожей номера! ИНТЕРКОМ, который звонил ночью и не давал спать. На него звонили люди, которые, видимо, хотели получить услуги ресепшн, но владельцы гостиницы, судя по всему, решили делегировать это гостям. Я очень извиняюсь перед гостями, которым не открыли и которых не впустили, но я не прощу никому побудку меня среди ночи. Не затем я заплатила столько денег, чтобы вскакивать в 2 часа ночи на истеричный звон интеркома!

Pessimo atendimento
A acomodação NUNCA nos recebeu. Fiz a reserva, cheguei no local e nao consegui contato com ninguém (até o momento inclusive), e não conseguimos entrar. Precisei me hospedar em outro hotel de ultima hora, com um gasto 2x maior do que o programado, sendo que solicitei cancelamento gratuito desse local e não foi fornecido, tendo sido debitado do meu cartão. Não obtive suporte algum do booking nesse cenário.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, hjælpsomt personale og rene fine værelser.
Man skal være obs på at det ikke er et hotel med reception. Manglede lidt en foajé. Men ville alligevel vælge det igen en anden gang.
