Izvrsna lokacija, blizina željezničkog kolodvora, tramvajske stanice i autobusne stanice, svega par minuta hoda od apartmana. Nekoliko tramvajskih stanica i u centru grada ste! Dovoljno parkirnih mjesta oko zgrade (plava zona), svega par metara dalje zelena zona. Preko puta zgrade se nalazi i podzemna garaža, no mi ju nismo koristli. Sobe u apartmanu prostrane, kreveti udobni, sve čisto. Dovoljno jastuka, čiste posteljine i ručnika. Kuhinja jako dobro opskrbljena. Kontakt s domaćinom zadovoljavajući. Jednostavan ulazak u apartman. U blizini apartmana se nalaze trgovine špecerajem i restorani (preporuka za izvrstan doručak, restoran Granola).

Bilo bi super kad bi apartman imao dva wc-a, obzirom na broj ljudi koji može primiti (Apartman ima jedan wc i jednu kupaonu).
