Pas de four . Aucune intimité, trop de bruit. Aucun dépliant pour renseignements sur loisirs et découverte. Loin du centre ville si l'on est à pied.

Good place, great value.
Really good value, and great facilities. Super new, I've been one of the first gyus staying there. I felt some (very few) basic stuff was missing in the kitchen (scissors, cutting boards, pot cloths, trivets) but I told the host about it and they said they'll add the things. Understandably when you equip a place that not everything is there from the start. Really cool shower, only it soaked me when I tried the first time to just clean my feet. It's 15 minutes walking to the center of Santa Teresa.
A somewhat longer intro for the place (shower, garbage), but the host was well reachable via Messenger so any questions were answered in short time. I had to pay extra 15€ for towels and bed sheets...now okay, towels I'm willing to discuss, but I've never heard about additional costs for the first set of bed sheets -- those should be included in the original price.
