  Poloha je skvělá, majitelka milá, apartmán v základu super, pokoj autentický , krásný strop,okna,ale....

  Spaní. Ložnice pro dva je ok,ale rozkládací pohovka pro další dva je otřesná, skládá se pod člověkem, nedrží, šíleně vrže. A nebylo povlečení na dva polštáře,musely jsme je povlect do povlaku od peřiny. Povlečení omšelé. Chybí odkládací místo na věci. V kuchyni hodně mravenců. Některé noci enormní hluk z ulice. Celkově by to mohl být ideální apartmán,jen vyřešit spaní pro všechny čtyři osoby.

  Super cute apartment in a great location!

  Lucia is the perfect host - welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. The location is fabulous and the tiny apartment is sweet and authentic, with Spanish style architecture and quirky touches to make it feel homely. Cute little balcony to sit at. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with utensils and supplies for washing etc. There is no dishwasher but there is a washing machine. We stayed in the front corner apartment which is slightly different to the other apartment on the same floor, the photos are a combination of the two apartments. We were a family of 3 which I believe is the maximum for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom apartment with one double bed and a sofa bed, which takes up the whole living area when pulled out. Street noise is to be expected in the busy city of Barcelona, it was not overly noisy compared to other places we have stayed, so this was not an issue for us.

  I will highlight that the lift is not working, so stairs would be a problem if you have mobility issues (the lovely Lucia helped bring up our cases), there is no air conditioner which would be very difficult in the heat (luckily the weather was mild during our stay so the fans were enough), the bathroom is tiny - some extra hooks or shelving space would be helpful for toiletries and towels, and it’s a little dusty in areas. But really, it was a nice stay! Thanks Lucia!

  Cute, vintage apartment, with a heritage vibe. Clean, very nice host, fantastic location.

  Location is perfect. 7 minutes walking to Sagrada Família, lots of little coffee shops and restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Cozy, clean little apartment, have anything you need. The host is flexible, very nice. Great for short stay and visiting.

  NO AIR CONDITIONER ! summer in Barcelona is hot and it was so hot inside and out, we couldn’t sleep. There are fans but no help. The bathroom looks like it was a later addition., built on the balcony. IT’S VERY LOUD NIGHT TIME! There is a night club under, and young people go out to smoke, talk loud and around 5-6 they come all out and it’s like a stampede . :) We were 4 people, 2 adults and out 2 teenagers. The second bed is a pull out couch in the living room. Not very confortabile, and small space for 4 people. For 2 people it’s perfect.
