Très bonne option avec ses 2 chambres indépendantes
Idéal pour 2 couples car 2 chambres doubles totalement indépendantes. Une petite cuisine séparée. Il y a aussi un canapé dans le salon qui est dans l'entrée. Donne sur une arrière cours calme. Quartier très animé la journée (restos, cafés, superette) et très calme la nuit. A 100m du métro Flaminio, et un peu plus pour les bus vers le centre ville. Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte, tout s'est fait par échanges de messages avec toutes les infos pour accéder à l'appartement, aucun problème pour nous. Nous y avons passé de bonnes soirée et de bons matins, le reste......visites, visites..... Ceci est un vrai avis de 4 Breizh.
Conformément à d'autres commentaires, un bon coup de rajeunissement des murs, ainsi qu'un nettoyage en profondeur et remise en état de la salle de bains (moisissures) et réparations (lave linge qui n'éssore plus), seraient l'idéal. Mais rien de catastrophique ! Nous conseillons.

Beliggenheten var god med kort avstand til metro, supermarked, mange kafeer og spisesteder, og rett ved der sentrum starter. God kommunikasjon med verten. Vi hadde alt vi trengte!
Alt var som forventet ut fra beskrivelse og bilder, men madrassene var litt harde.

Posizione ottima dell'appartamento e ben servita sia dai mezzi pubblici, sia da ristoranti e negozi. Molte le prese a disposizione per la ricarica dei vari device, peccato il televisore piccolo e senza telecomando. Ottima la disponibilità e la cortesia della proprietaria.
L'appartamento avrebbe la necessità di una rinfrescata alle tinte dei muri. I climatizzatori hanno bisogno di una maggiore pulizia alle bocchette a ai filtri.
