  Lovely convenient stay at Great Concept Fortune with kind helpful staff

  Five of us traveled to Istanbul for my Father's 90th birthday and wanted somewhere walking distance to many of the sights and easily accessible for other locations. The hotel certainly is very convenient but what was most notable was how kind the staff were and how they went out of their way to make us all comfortable, especially my parents. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are also very clean, modern and comfortable and the breakfast is ample and varied. Great to have a pool as well. We would 100% stay here again when we come back to this stunning city.

  Some meat options for breakfast for those who can't have gluten or egg would be nice if possible. At the moment guests have to walk outside the hotel to get to breakfast which was a bit difficult for my Father as there were a few steps up and down before reaching the lift. But I believe this is temporary.

  Overall, a pleasant stay and would visit again!

  We stayed in the newly built section, and it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the service was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. I’ve stayed at these hotels several times and always love coming back. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, with major attractions such as the mosques, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar all within walking distance. The tram line is just a minute away, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. We had a wonderful hamam last night, Lila was brilliant and it was so relaxing. If you stay here, you get free access to the pool, sauna and steam room every day, which is also very nice. The staff were truly wonderful, welcoming and always happy to accommodate our needs. A special thank you to Emir and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend staying here!

  Didn’t know about any construction of the old building which we needed to go through to get to the restaurant and spa.
