This will now be our regular stay over on visits to London!
The room was amazing. We stayed in the drawing room with all the tapestries on the wall. Gardens were amazing. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent.
The pseudo long drop is uncomfortable. I understand form has overcome function in order to maintain the historic image.

It was a good hotel and in a great location for what we wanted.
The staff were very good and very helpful. The hotel itself looked very grand. It was clean throughout
The room we had booked was very small and didn't have space to put anything the bathroom was very nice but again didn't have enough work top to put anything. Didn't realise if was a michillen star restaurant so the food was not to our taste but was ok. We did have to complain about the breakfast being cold as was the coffee in the morning. But it was good once rectified.

Stunning hotel, delicious food and fantastic staff!
From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the way the hotel looked, how warmly yet professionally we were greeted and how from that moment on we received nothing but impeccable service. The breakfast was amazing but make sure you are hungry as the portions are huge and we could not finish the meal. The Estate Grill food was equally delicious and beautifully presented. The room was spacious and comfortable and we had an amazing view over the gardens. Already trying to find a date for us to stay again!
Nothing would stop us from giving this hotel 10/10 but if I had to find any fault it was that the hot water in our room was scalding so we had to be careful when using it. However, this was a very minor issue that took nothing away from the overall positive experience.
