  Obra muy molesta

  Ubicación y la predisposición de Booking para intermediar con la empresa que gestiona la casa para intentar solucionar todos los problemas.

  Como se ve en otros comentarios,hay una obra justo al lado ,la cual te limita totalmente la privacidad del uso de la zona de piscina y alrededores. Hasta que no finalizaba su jornada laboral,era imposible bañarse o estar en la zona exterior de la casa ,nubes de polvo ,ruidos ,y un grupo de trabajadores invadiendo tú privacidad. La empresa que gestiona la casa,después de mis quejas , sólo me dió como opción de compensación abonarme el 10% del montante total de 10 días que había invertido en este alquiler . Aparte desde el baño sale un olor nauseabundo ,supongo que desde los desagües,que por la noche nos impedían dormir ,teniendo que cerrar puertas y ventanas para evitar que entrara en el dormitorio. Por otra parte la zona exterior hay un árbol que tira unas hojas que inundan toda la piscina y zona exterior e incluso entran en la casa y te obliga a estar recogiéndolas constantemente. Tuve que llamar por la suciedad que había caído en la piscina desde la obra,si es cierto que en 24 horas acudieron a limpiarla,pero tienen su propia llave ,no avisan e inmediatamente después de tocar entran , invadiendo de nuevo tu intimidad y la de los tuyos. Este es el principal problema que nos encontramos,queríamos un lugar con piscina privada para poder disfrutar en paz y tranquilidad en familia y por unos motivos u otros arriba citados,nos fue totalmente imposible disfrutar,fueron 10 días que no cumplieron ni por asomo nuestras expectativas.

  House in San Agustin

  House in San Agustin is about 200 m from Playa de las Burras. The house had two bedroom - one with double bed and other had one single bed and one bunk bed. One first floor next to kitchen there is another quite small room with sofa where one can sleep. The parking in the street is free, but it might hard to find parking lot if coming too late. We managed always find parking lot next to the house though. There is Shopping centre (San Agustin Shopping Centre) about 400 m from the house. There are plenty of restaurants and three grocery stores, and Gym. Kitchen has dishwasher and all necessary cooking appliances. Nespresso capsule coffeemaker, microwave etc. There was also washing machine in the kitchen.

  Toaster was broken (when inserted to socket it kicked out fuses) - I reported it and they promised bring new one, but during my 5 days there it never delivered. The pool in small yard has a lot (I mean a lot) of chlorine, so at least for me it was way too much.

  Beautiful house with lots of space for dining and lounging inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside space with a small pool for a refreshing dip. Close to lots of shops and restaurants in San Augustin and less than 5 min walk to the beach. The company responded quickly to anything we needed.

  The street lights and thin curtains made the bedroom very light. We had to wear sleeping masks.
