Good Value for the Money
The location is great with private parking, close to all the elements
The bedroom and bathroom lights are very dim. Also, the water in both the shower/tub and the hand-wash basins is draining very slowly, so it seems there may be a blockage.

Δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν. Διευκρινίζω όμως ότι αφορά το συγκεκριμένο apartment
Οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν εκεί ήταν ευγενικοί αλλά ο ιδιώτης του δικού μας apartment 10Block 19 δεν ήταν παρών στα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίσαμε.
Δεν υπήρχε τηλεόραση ,δεν υπήρχε internet, δεν υπήρχαν αρκετά σεντόνια, Πετσέτες σώματος ,πετσέτες προσώπου και μετά από αρκετή συζήτηση και αφού μας είπε να αγοράσουμε σεντόνια με δικά του έξοδα αλλά μέχρι €20 μας έστειλε την επόμενη μέρα με Akis express στο Παραλίμνι να πάμε εμείς να τα παραλάβουμε . Μετά από αυτά καμία επικοινωνία για να έρθει να δει γιατί δεν λειτουργούσε η τηλεόραση και το ίντερνετ. Επίσης δεν μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την πισίνα γιατί από ότι μας είπαν δεν πληρώνει τα κοινόχρηστα πράγμα που εγώ πλήρωσα για έξοδα θέρετρου. Οταν ρώτησα τηλεφωνικός αν μπορώ να πάω πιο νωρίς να χρησιμοποιήσω την πισίνα μέχρι να ετοιμαστεί το δωμάτιο η ώρα 4 το απόγευμα μας είπε ότι δεν νομίζει να υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Προφασιζόμενος σοβαρούς προσωπικούς λόγους δεν μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει.

Nice apartment
No key fob was provided to gain entry to the pool. It is a lovely pool, not being able to access this was a huge inconvenience.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the provision of beach towels was a thoughtful detail. The unit was exceptionally well-equipped for extended stays. While not directly beachfront, the location offered convenient access to essential amenities, including shops, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries, all within walking distance. The building itself was meticulously maintained.
The bedroom air conditioning unit's airflow control flap exhibited operational difficulties, impacting its adjustability.
