    We could not enjoy the appartment because the owner cancelled the evening before we booked the room. We had no choice but to find other accommodation.

    Unreliable owner which cancelled the booking the night before we should arrive because the apartment was not available eventueel we book like months in advance. And the room was still available to book on booking for the same night. Reading earlier comments we are not the first people who this happened to. Do not book if you want to be sure of your reservation.

    Me dejaron en la calle con cartagena sin capacidad hotelera

    Me dijeron que cancelara la reservación porque ya no tenían cupo, que si no la cancelaba la plataforma me la cobraría y ellos no tenían cupo, esto me lo informaron en la misma tarde que les tocaba entregarme el apto. Me dejaron en la calle con cartagena sin disponibilidad de hoteles.
