The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people and had everything we needed for our stay. It is located next to a mall and a big supermarket which was very convenient for us. There is also a small park nearby. 10 minutes by foot to metro station and 15 minutes to Jardin do Palacio de Cristal. There is indeed someone sleeping in front of the building but there were no issues caused by this. The communication with the host was very good and even though the check-in is not automatic, the process went smooth.
The bed is comfortable but it is a bit creaky. There is a water heater in the apartment which provides the water for the shower. If there are 2 people having a shower one after the other, the second might end up having a cold shower. You need to wait a bit between them. There is no mosquito net on the living room window. The living room humidity increases pretty fast. It can be solved quickly by opening the window or setting the ac on dry mode but it can become an issue if you wash clothes as it takes longer for them to dry.

L'appartement est propre et bien placé avec des transports à proximité. Très bon accueil.
Le bruit extérieur nous a empêché de bien dormir, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'appart. Il manque un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain.
