    We will complain next time. This is our 5th stay at this hotel with 5 nights per stay.

    The room was near the lift which was helpful

    The room cleaning wasn’t carried out on the 4th day.we put the ‘please clean the room’ ticket out but it was ignored. Consequently, no toilet rolls, no tea bags, no clean towels. This makes a massive difference in a disabled room. Not pleased.
