Unacceptable conditions, severe safety hazards, and lack of cleanliness – Requesting a Full Refund

I recently completed a week-long stay at this property, and it was barely manageable. The overall condition of the accommodation is unacceptable, poorly maintained, and requires an immediate refurbishment. Here are the specific issues encountered during the stay: 1. Hygiene & Cleanliness Issues Stained Pillows & Bedding: The pillows beneath the pillowcases were severely stained and dirty, which was only discovered upon removing the bedding to clean. Dirty Washing Machine: The washing machine was foul and left clothes dirtier than before they went in. Basic Necessities Missing: No basic cleaning supplies were provided (e.g., bleach) or essential items like toilet paper. 2. Broken Fixtures & Plumbing Leaks Leaking Sinks: Both the kitchen and bathroom sink pipes were actively leaking water underneath. Bathroom Conditions: The shower is worn out with visible mould growth, the sanitary bin in the toilet is rusted, and the bathroom drawers are broken/falling apart. Toilet & Sofa Damage: The toilet seat has burn marks on it, and the sofa cushion has visible cigarette burn marks. Damaged Flooring & Bins: The floors throughout the property are cracked, and the main waste bin was broken. 3. Kitchen & Appliance Failures (Safety Risk) Hazardous Cooker: The cooker requires an immediate safety inspection. Only one single hob works, and it is extremely small, making it impossible to cook proper meals. Faulty Fridge: The fridge misregulated temperature, freezing all stored food items and ruining grocery purchases. The fridge basket drawer is also cracked/broken. Damaged Cookware: There were only two small, heavily worn, and old pots provided, with no frying pan available. Location & Value The location feels rough and unsafe, and given the state of the property, it is completely unacceptable for the price charged.

Nothing like the photographs on Booking.com, hot water turned off the next to last day and even though a call was made it was not turned back on
