  We really liked the location, and the house was perfect for our family gathering. The host was always available and ready to help whenever needed.

  A great villa, with some room for improvement

  We had a great stay - the villa is a good size with big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living area. The pool and the views were the highlight for us. All bedrooms had AC, and 3 had en suites which made it very comfortable for our party of 12. The owner messaged a few times to check in with us and provide useful info. Pool towels, floaties, cookware, books, games were all provided.

  A few small improvements needed to make this villa excellent. Photos showing the location before check in would be great as it was tricky to find late at night. It was mostly clean, but would benefit from a deep clean to return it to its former glory. Maintenance of the decking area & sunbeds. The fridge & freezer had leftovers from previous guests - we would have preferred if this was cleared as we didn't know how long it had been there

  Everything about the place, very private a bit difficult to get to but once you figure it out you are fine. Beautiful view

  Schöne Villa mit tollem Ausblick

  Sehr viel Platz, toller Pool, gute Ausstattung, super Ausblick auf Grund erhöhter Lage

  Leider kein Geschirrspüler, Betten eher etwas zu hart

  Absolutely terrible.!

  Nothing much. Very very disappointing. Like it's never been cleaned. It looked like it was nice once upon a time ... but neglected

  Extremely dirty, we couldn't believe how dirty it was. Facilities are in terrible condition and unusable! Everything advertised it's absolutely false. The pictures you see are very misleading, definitely taken many years back. It's absolutely health and safety hazard! Especially with kids. Exposed cables, wobbly plugs, broken pool ladder, cracked and broken floor tiles, and steps, water coming from underneath the wooden floor in downstairs bedroom whilst shower or flush toilet, construction materials left around the property, they came for air conditions maintenance when we were there and moved all the furniture, rugs, beds, made a big mess everywhere including the bathrooms filthy and left it that way .... extremely unexpectable and disappointing. The beds were rock hard and broken .. in master bedroom one sided of the bed was just about hanging on. The bathrooms were shocking ! Dirty, smelly the shower in master bedroom was not working and there were days without hot water
