    Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation vor der Anreise via WhatsApp. Wegbeschreibung, Hilfestellungen zur Anreise mit ÖV, resp. Taxi und Informationen zum Check-In waren sehr gut. Der Zimmerservice ist O.K. Das Zimmer und das Bad klein aber sehr in Ordnung und sauber. Man ist sozusagen "mitten im Pudding" und erreicht einige Hot Spots in wenigen Gehminuten. Die sehr gute ÖV-Anbindung und eine grosse Auswahl guter Restaurants findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe.

    Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Der Hauseingang und der Treppenaufgang/ Treppenhaus sind nicht einladend. Es wirkt düster und ungepflegt. Man hat nicht das Gefühl ein Guest House zu betreten, sondern eher ein heruntergekommenes Stadthaus. Nachts war es teilweise sehr laut durch grölende Passanten. Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein kleines Geschirr-Set (Glas, Tasse, Teller, Besteck) wären schön und würden das Zimmer aufwerten. Der Zimmersafe stand nicht montiert und ungesichert als Leichtgewicht "zum Mitnehmen" auf dem Schuhregal.
