    Labai gera lokacija, vieta rami, šalia senamiestis, muzikinis teatras, Danės upės krantinė, netoli senoji perkėla. Butas erdvus, labai šviesus, tvarkingas, yra visko ko reikia viešnagei.

    Pastaba: butas yra 5 aukšte, be lifto. Jeigu yra vaikščiojimo problemų. Man tai nesudarė sunkumų, kaip tik, gera mankšta ir gražus vaizdas pro langą.
