Locatie excelenta, check-in defectuos
Locatia se afla intr-o zona buna, cu restaurante si magazine. Apartamentul este foarte bine compartimentat, avand o terasa generoasa cu vedere partiala la mare, iar balconul are vedere directa la piscina. Dotarile sunt cele necesare chiar pentru sedere pe termen lung.
La sosire a trebuit sa preluam cheile de la o pizzerie aflata cam la 20 minute de mers pe jos. Am avut doar bagaje de mana, daca am fi avut si trolere, era mult mai greu! Ideea e ca nu ni s-a spus macar sa luam un Uber... Am vazut ca au mai fost si alte comentarii referitoare la acest minus. Aceasta situatie ar fi putut fi rezolvata cu instalarea unui locker cu cod pentru chei. De asemenea, consumabilele de la baie (gel dus, hartie igienica) au fost insuficiente.

The property itself was lovely and spacious, great for couples or families. It was in a great location and easily accessible to everything needed. Lots of amenities such as an airfryer etc.
The property shows sign of wear and tear. There was a chewing gum stuck to a lamp shade in one of the bedrooms. The aircon was leaking so we ended up having to turn it off. Unfortunately what lets down this property the most is the communication between the site manager(person who runs it for the owner). They are extremely rude and unhelpful. We messaged them multiple times regarding the issues we had but at times we were blanked and no resolution to the problem. The actual owner of the property is extremely helpful who is the person who responds on booking.com. We made them aware of our issue and they were apologetic and tried to sort a solution out for us.
