Each Visit is getting worse!
Now the park doesn't open until 10am and if you leave early they take your towls and say they will put a note on your account and check you out then you check amd you never were checked out. You call and wait 30 minutes on hold then your told everything is accounted for and your now checked ou6, then 10 pm you get a 60 dollqr charged for towels that 2 different people advised was accounted for.. Do better!!

Had a great 50th Birthday.
Went for my 50th birthday had a great time. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The only negative was the bed made a weird clanging noice when ever I rolled over.

This visit was not as pleasant as our others.
This is our 4th time going to The Great Wold Lodge and this visit was stressful our first day. Beggining with check-in, we did pre-check-in before arrival. Upon arriving we had issues with self service it was not taking our payment. We ask for help and the First Lady that came to “help us” had an attitude and did not help much. The Second Lady was the one that did everything she could to get us through the transaction. Thankfully! Took us a good 30-40 minute to get that done. Then when we had our room ready the door did not open. We had to go back to the main desk to get our wristband reset and get an additional wristband(Key only). Second day we had no problems up until the time we were leaving. It is crazy the amount of money we were charged for parking. You guys went from free parking to $30 for 2 days to $50 for both days. That is something that really has us thinking about whether or not we want to return.
