Please note that rates for extra guests will be charged directly to the credit card used for the reservation by the property. Guests traveling with children above 6 years old are required to inform the property in advance. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when check-in making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel 7 days prior to your arrival. Authorization letter indicating credit card information and cardholder's signature. Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature). Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Guest must inform property of the total number of occupants, including children and children’s age, prior to arrival under Special Requests. Reservations will be rejected if the number of occupants arriving at property not tally with the reservation form.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
