Awful
Location
The sofa was unusable, had to sit at the table when watching tv, cleanliness bad, a lot of condensation, mould on curtains, bedroom window was cracked, back room very damp, people living upstairs upset dogs with the noise, owners admitted sofa needed replacing, booking .com offered us £68 as an insult,even sent proof of messages of them admitting faults.

The location
The bathroom was dire, very tired with fragile lighting that flickered off and on, and also located at the other end of the building to the bedrooms, some uneven flooring and loose door bars were trip hazzards
