Ottima esperienza
Appartamento molto pulito, con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Ottima interazione con i proprietari via WhatsApp, veloce e precisa. Zona con bar, attività e negozi vicini. Alloggio proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'ospedale San Camillo. Tram e bus di fronte all'alloggio. Cortiletto interno comodo e gradevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. I guanciali nei letti sono un po' alti, se avete problemi portate con voi un guanciale basso. Il divano letto non è comodissimo, ma è, appunto, un divano letto e se non si hanno problemi particolari, per qualche notte va benissimo. I letti nelle due camere sono comodi. Consigliatissimo!
Giusto per voler essere pignoli, forse un pacchettino di caffè macinato sarebbe il top, per potersi fare un caffè all'arrivo 😊

Het is een mooi en schoon appartement, ruikt bij binnenkomst heerlijk en is erg schoon. Voor de deur kan je de tram pakken naar Rome centrum wat ongeveer 30 min duurt. Je hebt een bakker en een supermarkt in de buurt dat maakt het verblijf nog fijner!
De douche word snel koud, je moet plannen wie wanneer douche. Het appartement is vrij koud, vooral ‘s nachts koelt het af dus hou daar rekening mee

Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, tramwaj pod samym budynkiem. Prosty sposób odbioru kluczy. Mili i komunikatywni gospodarze.
Niestety czystość mieszkania pozostawiała wiele do życzenia (grzyb, pajęczyny). Mieszkanie zdecydowanie! jeśli ma być dalej wynajmowane powinno przejść remont. To co mnie najbardziej uderzyło to: połamane krzesła kuchenne na których strach było usiąść, pozostawiona po wcześniejszych gościach gąbka i ścierka kuchenna (brudna i śmierdząca) i brak nowej dla nas, śmierdzący mop w przedpokoju, brak choćby jednego dodatkowego worka na śmieci, zbyt mała ilość talerzy i kubków, strasznie poplamione i brudne poduszki ozdobne.

Locatie en connectie met het openbaar vervoer. We moesten maar 1 bus nemen om in het centrum te geraken. Parking in de buurt in een privé parking waar je sleutels moet achter laten voor 25 euro per nacht.
Hoeveelheid warm water om met 5 te douchen was jammer genoeg wat krap
