    A wonderful stay in a quiet location with sea views from the terrace and easy access to beaches

    Nikolas the host was very approachable and helpful and provided extra hangers on request for the wardrobe (hanging space only, no drawers). He checked up on us regularly and was always happy to provide information on the area. The rooftop terrace was a lovely space to have a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night and has lovely views. We enjoyed watching the hawks and the bats :) It is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beaches and there are bus stops within a few minutes walk in either direction for both the strip and Ayia Napa. There are good local restaurants within a 5 minute walk, one of which has Greek music from Weds to Sunday (Ellinadiko). The property is one street back from the main road so it is nice and quiet in the evening.

    Be aware, the kitchen is tiny so it would be very difficult to self cater properly although it is well equipped. If you have back issues, the mattress is Very soft (personal preference I know). It is a good 35 mins to the beginning of the strip so if you want to get to the far end, it is at least 45/50 mins. If you don't like walking, the buses are every 10 mins and only cost 2 euro before 9pm, 3 after 9.

    We enjoyed our vocation spent here!

    Very clean, close to the amazing beaches

    Air conditioner in every bedroom. Terrace. I missed a bit a place with sofa for spending time together in one room, but excellent beach helped us😊

    Très bel hébergement proche de la plage

    Quartier calme, proche bord de mer, hégergement très propre, bonne literie, hôtes très sympathiques

    Nous avions pris le studio le moins cher, il n'a pas d'extérieur
