  A great stay for a reasonable price.

  The apartment owner was very helpful. It was very clean, and practically everything we needed was available. The apartment building itself may look older and in need of renovation, but the apartment is a different story: it’s really in great shape. You can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into keeping it clean and making it look very pleasant. The apartment isn’t located right in the center, but getting there is very convenient and quick (trolleybus and then the metro). It’s about a 30-minute comfortable ride on public transportation to the center. I recommend this place, and if I’m ever back in Budapest, I’ll definitely choose it again. A great option at a very fair price.

  Really minor details, like not having enough shower gel. But these are little things that aren't important when you consider the truly reasonable cost of the stay.

  The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including several coffee capsules and basic supplies. There was even water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very nice touch and really shows how much the hosts care about their guests. They also made a special effort for families with children, providing a large selection of toys in the children’s room. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning, as even at the lowest temperature it did not cool the apartment as much as we would have liked. Everything else was excellent. The apartment is not in the city centre, but the location suited us perfectly for both private and business reasons. There are two SPAR supermarkets nearby, shopping centres are easily accessible, and the neighbourhood is pleasant and relatively quiet. Free parking in front of the building was also a great advantage. We particularly appreciated the easy self-check-in with access codes, so there was no need to arrange a key handover. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming message left for us on the door. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we return to Budapest.

  Cozy children friendly air-conditioned apartment

  Very cozy air conditooned apartment with great views on the top floor. Very clean and a lot of games for children. Very friendly owners who left a nice personalized written greeting in our own language.

  Could have been a couple more pillows
