    Location best near to all stores like Mmart, ATM and pharmacy. All under 2 min walk.

    No gas, and lights in room were very low intensity.

    Was pretty but not clean.

    The location was great and we were travelling as a group so the villa set up was good, as we were all together plus the grounds were pretty.

    The Villas were not clean. Our family villa had 2 single beds upstairs (but it was a ladder with a low railing) and not suitable for our young kids. Our bathroom window was rotted and covered in black mould and we had ants and mice in our room. The pool sides had a green tinge to them and our shower only worked when the jobsite next door was not operational.

    One of the Best stays in UBUD with good breakfast, good location and kind staff

    Best Stay and best Staff. I will remember this stay for a long time. Breakfast was top class , Tia, who was at reception, was super kind and staff with Tia helped me to plan my baby birthday and decoration. It was such an kind gesture. We did asked for milk for the baby and she was always happy to help. Stay was comfortable and check was fast too.
