    Horrible Check-in Experience

    The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped. The location was good - about a 10 minute walk to the center.

    The check-in process was horrible. I arrived there, and there was no one around. I yelled "hello" a few times, but no one replied. They had a number to call, but I don't have phone service in Romania. I tried WhatsApp, but they were not on there. After about 30 minutes, I found a neighbor who called them for me. They said that I was in Room #1, and that it was open. How was I supposed to know this? I received no messages from them, and there were no signs. They really need better customer service. Also, the WiFi was terrible. It kept cutting out and was pretty much useless.

    Alles prima, gerne wieder

    Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr schöner heller und geschmackvoll modern eingerichteter Frühstücksraum, sehr netter Gastgeber, gute Möglichkeiten im Garten zu sitzen, insgesamt sehr schön ruhige Lage.

    Das WLAN lief manchmal nicht so gut, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
