"Hi team, Hope you are well. Upon our arrival at the property, we encountered an issue with the room and lodged a complaint with the owner. However, we did not receive a response. My dad took the key with him to his conference on Monday. Once he finished, I informed him that the issue still hadn't been addressed because the owner had not replied. Since we received no assistance, my dad returned the key the following day. The owner only responded to me today after our checkout time, and we are unable to reach an understanding. Could you please assist us with resolving this matter?"

Happy, comfy, clean, friendly.
My daughters stayed at the venue. They were nervous, but came back and raved about the venue. They thought the staff were incredibly kind. All other guests on the property were also very kind!! Thank you for taking care of my babies!!!
